Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags.

Returns for refund are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate, email support@orangstudio.com with order number and issue details.

Approved exchanges are processed in 3-5 business days after item receipt.
